Executive Vice President Commercial - Large airline in Asia

Aircraft Commerce Recruitment has been instructed by our client to find an EVP Commercial for their large and highly succesful airline based in Asia. The airline is a well established and well known brand in the industry and has a comprehensive route network domestically and internationaly. Even in the current economic climate the airline is enjoying an extremely enviable growth pattern, winning many industry awards along the way; this is a superb operation with a hugely exciting future ahead.
 

This very senior role would allow you a great deal of freedom to bring your own experience and knowledge to the current operation and the future development of an already expansive and exciting project.  You will define and manage the commercial organizational strategtic objectives and lead the commercial section in a way that ensures objectives are met efficiently and profitably.  You shall be in charge of compiling and controlling the Capital and manpower budgets of the department and continuously review costs and optimize resources.  You will be responsible for assigning the KPA's and KPI's for the Heads of Sales, Marketing , Network Planning & Revenue Management and provide key inpute to the business plan and budget forecasting.
 

You will have at least 20 years experience with reputed airlines, of which 8 should have been in a senior management role.  You will have an in depth knowledge and experience in Sales, Network Planning & Revenue Management functions and specialise in at least one of these functions.
