Aircraft Commerce Recruitment is pleased to have been instructed by our client, a large established Asian airline, to find a senior manager calibre candidate to fill this exciting position:
Manager Pricing International
- Will be responsible for all Online/Interline Pricing Activities related to the entire International network of this large airline.
- Will be responsible for a team of Assistant Manager/Executives to ensure that all work is accomplished in a smooth and timely manner.
- Will need to deal and negotiate Pricing Deals with all relevant teams such as Sales/Marketing/Loyalty Schemes etc…. to ensure that the same are mutually beneficial and achievable.
- Will need to have a thorough knowledge of SPA negotiations, Proration and Code Share Pricing set ups.
- Will Perform comprehensive evaluation and analysis of all fare proposals received from various Area Managers, local sales offices and general sales agents and approve, disapprove or negotiate and recommend appropriate action vis a vis pricing authorization
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree or Honors/Masters, minimum 8 years of experience in an International Airline performing Pricing or related functions. Advanced courses (IATA preferred) in tariffs, ticketing and proration. Demonstrated analytical proficiency and ability to evaluate numerical data, alongside market intelligence and equate the two.
