Regional Manager - Corporate Sales (West India)
Aircraft Commerce Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a leading Asian airline, to find a Regional Manager – Corporate Sales (West India). The airline is enjoying huge success and has some extremely exciting expansion plans over the next few years; this is an opportunity that does not come around very often and will provide the successful candidate with a role that whilst being hard work will be very rewarding.
- Implementation of sales action plans to ensure that corporate sales & revenue targets are achieved
- Drive signing up of corporate deals from the region; re-enforce and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure service to Secondary corporate accounts to maximize revenue.
- Drive business development -market coverage, account servicing & lead generation.
- Understand corporate channels for Business delivery and travel patterns
- Tracking client flight patterns, co-coordinating with the trade team & relevant travel agencies to ensure homogeneity of approach
- Identification of new source markets and opportunities- sourcing business from neighboring markets
- Conduct market research on competition, growth opportunities, travel trends, business practices and economical indicators
- MIS Generation - Weekly sales report, Track monthly productivity& prepare reports
- Manage sales team- recruitment, training & monitoring
- Drive loyalty programme & schemes
- Organize promotional events to strengthen corporate relationships & drive sales- FAM trips, Trade Fairs, Road Shows etc.
Our client has requested you be from the aviation, hotel or travel industries and ideally have experience of all. You will have had experience managing big teams and the package on offer is highly competitive. You will be reporting directly to the GM Corporate Sales and the Head of Sales
