Ticketing & Reservations Instructor - Middle East

Aircraft Commerce Recruitment has been asked by our client to find a Ticketing & Reservations Instructor to be based in the Middle East.

Our client is an airline with an excellent reputation in the Industry and they require a person to come in and train new recruits in this vital area of their operation.

You will be expected to conduct all fare calculcation, pricing and reservation courses -(Sabre) at all levels and conduct tests to verify students' understanding of all subjects covered in the courses.

All objectives, plans and design training programmes shall be your responsibility as shall selecting and evaluating the required syllabus, books, materials and references. You shall be required to liaise with all concerned departments regarding their training requirements in the specified areas.

After staff have completed the courses set, you will be required to oversee them in their professional activity to ensure the highest standards are being adhered to. You shall also be an observer of courses and training conducted by visiting trainers to assess the quality supplied by them.

Your CV HAS to include:

Min Bachelor Degree
5 years aviation/ticketing experience
IATA/UFTAA Sr management Diploma
Certified IATA/UFTAA instructor
Certificate in Passenger Proration

On a character level you shall be a person with superb communication skills, presentation skills and with the knowledge to deliver.
