Vice President Technical Aircraft Maintenance - Middle East
Aircraft Commerce Recruitment wanted to make you aware of an absolutely superb vacancy of Vice President Technical Aircraft Maintenance for a hugely successful and exciting airline in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance procedures are established within the department to achieve the best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements for establishing a world class quality system. This will include workmanship, airworthiness, document control system and communication with manufactureres in relation to safety components of aircraft in general.
Our client has specified all applicants should have:
- A degree or equivalent in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or ICAO type II holder engineer aircraft licenses with a minimum of 10 years experience.
- A minimum of 15 years operational experience gained in an aviation maintenance and engineering environment and technically qualified.
- A minimum of 10 years of technical engineering experience with an international airline and at least 5 years spent in a senior management role.
- An understanding of what is required to manage, plan and develop a cost effective and efficient aircraft maintenance organization with the overall financial accountability.
