Joe McGoldrick, Chief Executive Officer - Aircraft Management Technologies
Joe McGoldrick is Chief Executive Officer of AMT and has extensive management and technical leadership experience in the aviation software sector.
He has previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Airtel-ATN, a supplier of data communications software to the aviation industry. At Airtel Joe was responsible for the ANTSI development activities, working with a consortium of 5 leading avionics and aeronautical ground systems vendors to develop the first safety certifiable (RTCA-DO 178B) air and ground telecommunications network products. At AMT he has led the development of the Flightman suite which provides a complete solution for the connected aircraft. Joe is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, with a first class honours degree in Electronic Engineering.

Juswil Adriani served his apprenticeship with British Airways in London England and Aberdeen Scotland for about 4 years under the Malaysian Government agency (MARA) scholoarship. He qualified as a license Aircraft Engineer in 1989 and worked with the Malaysian helicopter Services in Tregganu, Malaysia. After almost a decade there, he joined a local MRO company AIROD, and was appointed as the Avioncs engineer for the Prime Minister of Malaysia aircraft for a couple of years. At the same company in Kuala Lumpur, Mr. Adriani was involved in setting up the Agusta 109 helicopter operations for the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department, and was the project head for the Police Air Wing Helicopter assembly/retrofit program, and gained extensive experience of the Fokker 28 and B737 major aircraft overhaul in the same company for another 3 years. In 2004 he joined AirAsia as a License Aircraft Engineer but was assigned 6 months later to assist implementing the AMICOS MRO Software for the company. A year later he took charge of the same project until mid 2006, where AirAsia management decided to acquire new software, namely AMOS to replace AMICOS. Mr Adriani was appointed the Project Manager for the implentation and migration which went on for about 6 months before it went live. Mr. Adriani still keeps in touch with Aircraft Engineering and was responsible setting up the battery workshop for AirAsia. he is still in charge of the workshop, and AirAsia's emphasizing multitasking policy. Mr. Adriani also teaches Aircraft Engineering at a local Aviation college and working to complete his Masters in Business Administration at Tun Abdul Razak University, Malaysia.

Bill Lewis: CIO, Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies
Bill has over 25 years in, and assocuated with, the airline industry at CEO and Senior General Manager level; he has held in senior operational roles and has led numerous programs of major technology enabled change in the industry; he has worked for both globally recognized carriers and commuter operations. For the past 12 years he has been directly involved in the ERP space. As a Program Director, Bill delivers business transformation; he is one of the few Executives in the world who has led teams in the deployment of SAP and Oracle in the MRO / M+E space. He is currently a member of Oracle's cMRO Customer Advisory Borad. Bill is currently (interim) CIO and Program Director at Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies, UAE, responsible for delivering a major program of transformation against demanding timescales utilizing full process and organizational re-engineering and Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle cMRO and eDocs. Prior to his role in Temasys, Bill was regional Managing Director, Asia for UK Systems Integrator Xansa, during which Bill had responsibility for Singapore Airlines MRO SAP implementation. Before moving the Asia, Bill was CEO North America for Xansa Enterprise Solutions; Xansa's North American clients implementing the SAP A+D Solution included Lockheed, Raytheon, Goodridge, and Newport News Shipbuilders. |

During his tenure with the company, he has been part of the team that underwent several ICT challenges such as development of inhouse ecommerce/eticketing/webcheckin systems, switching of the core CRS, the move of company headquarter to new location, the construction of a new company owned airport (Bangkok Airways owns and manages three airports in Thailand), the move of Bangkok's primary airport, etc.
Prior to joining Bangkok Airways, Ping has been a computer instructor, freelance programmer, freelance systems analyst and computer consultant for over
14 governmental agencies, local and multinational companies in Thailand, Indonesia and USA from 1983 until 2001.
Ping graduated with BA in Computer Science from the College of Wooster, USA and attended the Aviation Management Program at Central Missouri State University. He has published over 390 articles on ICT and Aviation ICT in the Bangkok Post, Business Day and MIS Asia. He is member of IEEE Computer Society, AOPA and holds Private Pilot License (FixedWing Land Airplane with Instrument and MultiEngine Ratings).

Lawrence A. 'Bud' Sittig is a consultant in the aviation industry with a broad background in airline operations. He has keen interest in advancing a wireless / paperless cockpit environment and in the deployment of Class II Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) technology across the industry.
Most recently, he was Vice President of Operations for Skybus Airlines. Captain Sittig had operational oversight of Skybus' Flight Operations including pilots, flight attendants, flight dispatchers, crew resources, technical publications library, operations technology and all corporate training.
As the Vice President of Operations, he led the FAA Air Carrier Certification process for Skybus spanning over two years. While leading the 121 certification, he built the airline infrastructure to support a Flight Operation designed to grow to 75 aircraft. He was the architect of a revolutionary flight deck technology design that established teh airline on the cutting edge of Class II EFB and a paperless document management system.
Prior to joining Skybus, Captain Sittig held the positions of GM Flight Operations, Chief Pilot and Director of Flight Safety at Delta. He has accumulated over 15,000 flying hours in his years of military, airline and sport aviation adventures.
Captain Sittig is an active outdoorsman and remains engaged in managing the family farm in South Dakota. He and his wife, Fran, reside in German Village, Columbus, OH. Together they raised three daughters and now enjoy four lively grandchildren.

Benny Tse: IT Manager, HAECO
Benny Tse is the IT Manager of Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited (HAECO).
Benny studied Industrial Engineering in an undergraduate program and System Management in postgraduate studies. He has worked in the manufacturing industry and the public utilities in Hong Kong before joining HAECO.
Benny joined HAECO in 1982, at the time of formation of the IT Department. He is attached to the IT Department throughout the time, and he has witnessed the growth and the evolution of information systems (IS) and IT infrastructure in HAECO. Benny has been involved in many IT disciplines – applications development, technical supports, software quality assurance, and facilities management. He is now in-charge of the IT Department of a workforce of 38 staff.

Mr. Vishok Mansingh, General Manager - Logistics & IT
Vishok Mansingh is an Electrical Engineer with specialization in Materials Management from IIMM/Bangalore. He holds a Diploma in General Management from HAL Staff College/Bangalore.
He started his career with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited as Management Trainee in 1987. After serving more than 8 years in Materials and IT, he joined Air India for a brief period to implement ERP. In 1995 he joined Blue Dart as a key member to launch India's first all Jet Cargo Airline including Maintenance facility up to D check. He has successfully implemented ARMS in Blue Dart Aviation which is integrated software covering Maintenance & Engineering, Flight Operation and FOQA. In Aug 08 he joined Kingfisher Airlines to implement M&E software.
He has more than twenty two years experience in Aviation Logistics, International Flight Operations, Heavey Maintenance, Aircraft Upgrade Management, Regulatory Affairs and IT/ERP implementation in aviation domain.

Marc Szepan, Senior Vice President Airline Operations Solutions
Mr. Szepan assumed his current leadership role as Senior Vice President Airline Operations Solutions on January 1, 2006 and is responsible for Lufthansa Systems' global flight operations products and services business.
The Airline Operations Solutions division offers a full range of products covering the process chain of airline flight operations including flight planning and dispatch systems, performing engineering, navigational charts in paper and electronic format, FMS data, and EFB solutions which are used by more than 150 airline customers worldwide.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Szepan held managerial appointments at Lufthansa Technik AG, the aircraft maintenance and engineering business segement of Lufthansa, and two other German industrial companies with postings in Germany, in the Philippines, and in the People's Republic of China. Most recently, Mr. Szepan has served as Vice President Aircraft Overhaul for Lufthansa Technik Philippines, Inc.
In addition to his operational roles, Mr. Szepan has served and continues to serve on the boards of companies in Asia, Europe and the USA.

Dr. Roberto Asuncion, Vice President for Information Technology, Lufthansa Technik Philippines
Dr. Roberto Asuncion is the Vice-President for Information Technology at Lufthansa Technik Philippines (LTP), a subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik AG based in Hamburg. He is responsible for setting the strategic IT directions and managing the IT operations of the subsidiary. Since assuming his post in 2003, he has initiated business process reviews, IT performance measurements, Lean IT activities and regular IT strategic planning sessions within his department. He is currently involved in projects dealing with server consolidation, virtualization, web services, portals and large systems integration.
Prior to this assignment, Dr Asuncion was connected with large multinational corporations in the retail, manufacturing, supply chain and banking industries, as well as, with academic and government institutions, acquiring more than 25 years experience in the Information Technology field. His interests include strategic IT management, project planning, web technologies and operations research. He has also held various teaching posts at the University of Bamberg, University of the Philippines and the University of Asia and the Pacific.
Dr. Asuncion finished his doctorate degree in Information Management at the Otto-Friedrich University in Bamberg, Germany. He also has Master’s degrees in Business Economics at the University of Asia and the Pacific (in the Philippines) and in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research at the University of the Philippines. He did graduate research and wrote his master’s thesis in dynamic programming at the Technical University of Munich. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics at the University of the Philippines.

Managing director at Shufra, a full-service multilingual documentation provider based in Singapore, specialising in aircraft and defence documentation based on international standards. Frans has been active in the industry for 17 years, first as a consultant and project manager for multilingual documentation for various industries, working with companies such as Black & Decker, Boeing, Embraer and Philips. He increasingly became involved in the development and implementation of relevant standards.
In his previous job, Frans was responsible for the development of software to ensure compliance with documentation standards and their implementation, with a strong focus on the aerospace and defence industries. In this role, he liaised directly with customers worldwide, delivering training and troubleshooting services as well as overseeing implementation and system integration at the customers’ sites.
Being regarded as the leading expert in his field, Frans co-founded Shufra in Singapore with the aim of directly serving customers, helping them to create, manage and publish their technical data efficiently and effectively. Frans is a strong proponent of international standards such as ASD-STE100 (Simplified Technical English, formerly AECMA Simplified English) and S1000D (merging with ATA iSpec 2200).

Steve Charters, Associate Partner, Technlogy Innovation Services
Steven Chaters is a SAKS Consulting Associate Partner in the Technology Innovation Services Practice. He has advised airline MROs on Business Process and Technology Outsourcing and is a recognised leader in managing large scale technology platforms across global boundaries. Steven is well versed in advising organisations on the management of technology risk and implementing best practice governance across organisations.
Steven is a Certified Management Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law as well as an MBA from the University of Toronto.

Paul Priddle, Associate Partner, Aviation MRO Practice
Paul is an Associate Partner in SAKS Consulting’s Aviation MRO Practice. Paul has extensive Program and Project Management experience of ERP implementations. He has been involved in implementation projects where he has programme managed large Tier 1 airline MRO implementations, led process workshops, communicated and presented to senior and executive management and led communication planning to name a few areas. He has controlled large project budgets and is used to managing large teams. Paul has significant change experience having spent many years restructuring departments and leading process improvement initiatives.

Mr. Suwannarut has 24 years expereince in IT development and Flight Operations Management at Thai Airways International.
He is a contributor of many innovative IT solutions for THAI, which has given the airline a competetive edge through in-house design and development.
Mr. Suwannarut has led new initiatives for project management and cooperation with partners at zero cost for investment.
He is currently a member of corporate IT Planning and corporate IT Security Working Group and also an IT representative of ThAI Re-engineering Project
He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the National Institute of Developmental Administration (NIDA), Thailand and also holds Artificial Intelligence Programming Certificates from Texas Instrument, USA.
His Bachlor Degree was taken in Silpakorn University Thailand, in Statistic and Computer Science.
