Booking of Conference Place
Booking fee includes a full pass to the exhibition and conference areas, refreshments and delegate pack.
Once Aircraft Commerce has received your booking form we will send you an acknowledgement email, invoice and delegate confirmation. If you have not received this within 72 hours of booking, please contact us.
Payment must be made before the conference to guarantee each delegate's place.
Name changes are accepted at any time without incurring a charge. Please email any changes to: email@example.com or call +44 1403 230 700.
A full refund (less a 10% administrative charge) is available for cancellations received in writing (email is fine) by Friday 24th June 2011. No refund will be given after this date.

Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements*.
