Use of data - Booking Delegate Place

Booking fee includes conference, refreshments and lunches for two days.

Once Aircraft Commerce has received your booking form we will send you an acknowledgement email, invoice and delegate confirmation brochure. If you have not received this within 72 hours of booking, please contact us. When you agree to attend, we will store your data on our database.

We will send you updates and information on the event. We will only send you information if you have expressed permission and we do not share user data with third parties. Affiliated companies Aircraft IT and Aircraft Commerce Consulting will have access to your data. By providing your personal data, you agree to the storing and processing of your data. Airline attendees contacted directly by an Aircraft Commerce representative via email will be sent full terms and conditions also. By agree to attend via email you consent to all of the above in full. 

Full payment must be made before the conference to guarantee each delegate place. 

 

 

Use of data - Booking Exhibition Space

Once Aircraft Commerce has received your request we will send you an acknowledgement email, invoice and exhibition space booking contract. If you have not received this within 72 hours of booking, please contact us. The exhibition space booking will only be reserved when Aircraft Commerce receives a signed contract from requesting company. By the signing of a contract the company agrees to pay the exhibition space booking fee by 27th October 2018. Aircraft Commerce reserves the right to re-sell exhibition space if the balance payment has not been received by the given date. When you purchase exhibition space, we will store your data on our database. We will send you updates and information on the event. We will only send you information if you have expressed permission and we do not share user data with third parties. Affiliated companies Aircraft IT and Aircraft Commerce Consulting will have access to your data. By providing your personal data, you agree to the storing and processing of your data. Full payment must be made before the conference to guarantee each delegate place.

Use of Data - Booking of Sponsorship

Once Aircraft Commerce has received your request we will send you an acknowledgement email, invoice and sponsorship contract. If you have not received this within 72 hours of booking, please contact us. The sponsorship will only be reserved when Aircraft Commerce receives a signed contract from the requesting company. By the signing of a contract the company agrees to pay the sponsorship fee by 27th October 2018. Aircraft Commerce reserves the right to re-sell the sponsorship if the balance payment has not been received by the given date. When you purchase sponsorship, we will store your data on our database. Name Changes


Name changes are accepted at any time without incurring a charge. Please email any changes to Susie at susie@aircraft-commerce.com

 


 

Cancellation Policy

DELEGATE PLACE:

A full refund (less a 10% administrative charge) is available for cancellations received in writing by 27th October 2018. No refund will be given after this date. Should you wish to cancel your delegate place, please email Susie at susie@aircraft-commerce.com.

EXHIBITION STAND / SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE:

If cancellation is received before 5th November 2018 - 25% of the full rate is payable. If cancellation is received after 5th November 2018 - 80% of the full rate is payable. Should you wish to cancel your delegate place, please email Stephen at stephen@aircraft-commerce.com

 


Travel & Accommodation


Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Aircraft Commerce has negotiated a special room rate for delegates staying at the Park Inn by Radisson, London Heathrow Airport, UK. Please visit our venue page to find out more about booking your accomodation at the conference hotel.
