Booking of Conference Place
Booking fee includes a full pass to the exhibition and conference areas, refreshments and delegate pack.
 

Once Aircraft Commerce has received your booking form we will send you an acknowledgement email, invoice and delegate confirmation.  If you have not received this within 72 hours of booking, please contact us.
 
Payment must be made before the conference to guarantee each delegate's place. 


Name Changes
Name changes are accepted at any time without incurring a charge.  Please email any changes to:  miami2009@aircraft-commerce.com or call +44 1403 230 700

 


Cancellation Policy
A full refund (less a 10% administrative charge) is available for cancellations received in writing by Friday 12th March 2010.  No refund will be given after this date.

Travel & Accommodation
Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements*.   Aircraft Commerce has negotiated a special room rate for delegates at the Hilton Miami Downtown Hotel.

Does not apply to airlines delegates booking delegate places using the Airline VIP Option 1 scheme.  Aircraft Commerce will reserve and pay for your 2 nights accommodation at the Hilton Miami Downtown.
