• The FleetCycle® Suite of Software Products allows airline maintenance professionals to use any internet-enabled personal computer at any location to track detailed task data from maintenance stations in real-time. Information gathered with this system provides operators with the intelligence for making the accurate and timely decisions leading to dramatic improvements in the efficiency and integrity of maintenance processes and the foran accurate, timely basis for dramatic improvements in the forecasted availability of aircraft.

• Our Software and Business Consulting Services Groups offer assistance in two key areas: information technology and aircraft maintenance operations. Our information technology specialists provide services in the development of maintenance information system specifications, integration requirements, application program interfaces, software product development and customization, security measures and other aspects of system design and performance. Additionally, our maintenance operations consultants provide expert advice on the development and implementation of maintenance, quality assurance and reliability programs. This group also offers training programs and seminars addressing specific maintenance program topics.

Our initial development has focused on the area of aircraft heavy maintenance execution and on providing operators with automated tools to track all of the essential information and activities required for maintenance of a single aircraft or a fleet. Real-time, accurate data required to optimize maintenance program check packages and increase flying-hour revenues is what we deliver via the ground-breaking modules of the FleetCycle® Execution Suite software and its myriad of associated features. But, EmpowerMX has not been satisfied with its initial successes. In fact, our tools now address the opportunity for long-term improvements in maintenance programs and fleet asset management. FleetCycle® Execution Suite - Production Manager (FCXP): A tool for planning, scheduling, tracking and recording aircraft maintenance activities in the line maintenance environment, FCXL automates the complex tasks associated with creating and assigning bills of work for any aircraft in any fleet (including sub-fleets) and wherever the maintenance operations are located. This product gives maintenance professionals the tool needed to optimize task assignments and track status on the hangar floor.

FleetCycle® Execution Suite - Line Manager (FCXL): A tool for planning, scheduling, tracking and recording aircraft maintenance activities in the line maintenance environment, FCXL is a vigorous tool for maintenance planning groups for creating and assigning bills of work for any aircraft in any fleet, including sub-fleets, wherever the maintenance operations are located. With FCXL, maintenance personnel at remote locations have the capability to perform and update tasks automatically.

FleetCycle® Execution Suite - MRO Manager (FCXM): MRO Manager produces the complete documentation of work performance and billing support required by airline operators from third-party maintenance suppliers. FCXM provides compliance with industry standards and best practices while supporting the gamut of regulatory rules.

FleetCycle® Reliability Manager (FCRM): A best-of-breed database management and reporting tool, FCRM provides a framework for analysis and documentation of maintenance tasks and check results necessary to identify and justify maintenance program modifications.

FleetCycle® Maintenance Program Manager (FCMPM): Maintenance Program Manager is a multiple-user maintenance requirement and asset management system designed for airlines. This automated tool simplifies the daily management of technical records, assembly configuration, and predictable maintenance requirements for aircraft, fleets, engine/APU, and components. FCMPM is asset centered and has built-in decision logic which provides automatic system wide updates, creates or modifies requirements and asset technical information, sends user notifications, and integrates with planning and execution software.
