Booking Delegate Place
Booking fee includes conference, refreshments and delegate pack.
 

Once Aircraft Commerce has received your booking form we will send you an acknowledgement email, invoice and delegate confirmation brochure. If you have not received this within 72 hours of booking, please contact us.
 

Full payment must be made before the conference to guarantee each delegate place.

 


 

Booking Exhibition Space
Once Aircraft Commerce has received your request we will send you an acknowledgement email, invoice and exhibition space booking contract. If you have not received this within 72 hours of booking, please contact us. The exhibition space booking will only be reserved when Aircraft Commerce receives a signed contract from requesting company. By the signing of a contract the company agrees to pay the exhibition space booking fee by 1st March 2013. Aircraft Commerce reserves the right to sell exhibition space if the balance payment has not been received by the given date.

Full payment must be made before the conference to guarantee exhibition space.

 


 

Booking of Sponsorship
Once Aircraft Commerce has received your request we will send you an acknowledgement email, invoice and sponsorship contract. If you have not received this within 72 hours of booking, please contact us. The exhibition space booking will only be reserved when Aircraft Commerce receives a signed contract from requesting company. By the signing of a contract the company agrees to pay the sponsorship fee by 1st March 2013. Aircraft Commerce reserves the right to sell exhibition space if the balance payment has not been received by the given date.

Full payment must be made before the conference to guarantee sponsorship.

 


 

Name Changes
Name changes are accepted at any time without incurring a charge. Please email any changes to: Miami2013@aircraft-commerce.com.

 


 

Cancellation Policy
A full refund (less a 10% administrative charge) is available for cancellations received in writing by 5th March 2013. No refund will be given after this date.
 

Should you wish to cancel please email Miami2013@aircraft-commerce.com.

 


Travel & Accommodation
Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Aircraft Commerce has negotiated a special room rate for delegates at the Hilton Miami Downtown Hotel.
