Aircraft Commerce has been running successful conferences on subjects throughout the aviation industry for six years, with a proven record of giving vendors and suppliers prime opportunities to demonstrate their solutions to an audience of potential clients.

The Airline & Aerospace MRO & Operations IT Conference is Air Transport's only event to address the issues relating to the development of IT and its application in maintenance and aircraft flight operations.

The 2008 event brought together the leading MRO & Operations IT vendors exhibiting and demonstrating their latest software / hardware packages to over 200 IT executives from airlines, leasing companies and 3rd party MRO providers.

Following the success of the 2008 event 2/3 rds of the exhibition spaces and half of the demonstration suites have already been booked for 2009.  Leaving only seven exhibition spaces and two demonstration suites currently available.

Why take an exhibition opportunity?
An exhibition allows you to perform live demonstrations of your software solutions and upgrades to a large highly targeted audience of exisiting and potential new customers.  Extended breaks in the conference agenda will provide ample opportunity for demonstrations.  There are two exhibition areas for 2009.  Both areas are situated adjacent to the main conference hall and both will serve refreshments.

Please note that there are only four exhibition spaces currently available - all situated within exhibition hall 2.

The unique demonstration suites allow you to demonstrate your products in a private and personal environment, away from your competitors.
Each suite has room for up to 25 potential customers.
No need to transport bulky pop-up stands.
The additional chance to have private meetings.
All demonstration suites are positioned adjacent to the conference hall.
Vendors can project their software solutions onto a full screen

Exhibition and Sponsorship details

  1. Exhibition space (seven remain available)
    All exhibition stands will be situated in either exhibition hall 1 or 2, which are located adjacent to the main conference room.  Refreshments will be served in each of the exhibition areas.

    Each exhibition space measures 3 mts x 2 mts and includes:
    One complimentary delegate at the conference (worth € 745)
    1 x 19" flat screen monitor
    Exhibitor's marketing information (600 words) published on the Aircraft Commerce website, including links to exhibitors homepage and full contact details
    Exhibitor's logo on the Aircraft Commerce website
    Exhibitor's logo on all advertising and promotional material used by Aircraft Commerce
    A 600 word marketing piece included in the delegate packs at the event
    Complimentary internet connection and power supply
    The opportunity to invite up to 3 airline clients to attend free of charge with 2 nights accommodation each included

  2. Demonstration suites (two available)
    The demonstration suite allows you to demonstrate your products in a private and personal environment, away from your competitors.  Each suite has room for up to 25 potential customers.

    Two complimentary delegate places at the conference (worth € 745 each)
    Limitless refreshments provided within the suite
    Vendor's logo on the Aircraft Commerce website
    Vendor's logo on all advertising and promotional material used by Aircraft Commerce 
    An 800 word marketing piece included in all the delegate packs at the event
    Complimentary internet connection and power supply
    The opportunity to invite up to 5 airline clients to attend free of charge with 2 nights accommodation each included

  3. Cocktail receptions - 1st June 2009
    Aircraft Commerce will provide two banners with the sponsor's logo.  The sponsor will be provided with a complimentary place for a delegate at the conference.  The sponsor may display their promotional and marketing material at the cocktail reception.  Sponsor's logo on the Aircraft Commerce website.  Sponsor's logo on all advertising and promotional material used by Aircraft Commerce.  The sponsor will have a 600 word marketing piece included in the delegate packs and published on the Aircraft Commerce website including links to the sponsor's homepage and full contact details.

  4. Delegate packs and post conference information webpage
    The sponsor's logo will be on the front of the delegate packs distributed at the conference.  The sponsor's logo will be dedicated post conference webpage - details of which will be available to conference delegates 2-3 weeks after the conference.  There will be a click through link to the sponsor's own website.  Sponsor's logo on all advertising and promotional material used by Aircraft Commerce.   A speaking slot for the sponsor's airline customer and speaking or conference chairmain.  The sponsor will have a 600 word marketing piece included in the delegate packs and published on the Aircraft Commerce website including links to the sponsor's homepage and full contact details.

  5. Lunch - 1st & 2nd June 2009
    Aircraft Commerce will provide two banners with the sponsor's logo.  The sponsor will be provided with a complimentary place for a delegate at the conference.  The sponsor may display their promotional and marketing material at the lunch.  Sponsor's logo on the Aircraft Commerce website.  Sponsor's logo on all advertising and promotional material used by Aircraft Commerce.  The sponsor will have a 600 word marketing piece included in the delegate packs and published on the Aircraft Commerce website including links to the sponsor's homepage and full contact details.

  6. Breakfast - 1st & 2nd June 2009
    Aircraft Commerce will provide two banners with the sponsor's logo.  The sponsor will be provided with a complimentary place for a delegate at the conference.  The sponsor may display their promotional and marketing material at the breakfast.  Sponsor's logo on the Aircraft Commerce website.  Sponsor's logo on all advertising and promotional material used by Aircraft Commerce.  The sponsor will have a 600 word marketing piece included in the delegate packs and published on the Aircraft Commerce website including links to the sponsor's homepage and full contact details.

  7. Refreshment breaks x2/day - 1st & 2nd June 2009
    Aircraft Commerce will provide two banners with the sponsor's logo.  The sponsor may display their promotional and marketing material at the refreshment break.  Sponsor's logo on the Aircraft Commerce website.  Sponsor's logo on all advertising and promotional material used by Aircraft Commerce.  The sponsor will have a 600 word marketing piece included in the delegate packs and published on the Aircraft Commerce website including links to the sponsor's homepage and full contact details.

Exhibition space and demonstration suite terms and conditions

Once a booking has been made, Aircraft Commerce will create and send through an exhibitors contract.  The booking will only be reserved when Aircraft Commerce receives the signed contract from the exhibiting company.  By the signing of the contract, the exhibiting company agree to pay a 10% non-refundable deposit within 14 days on receipt of invoice.  The remaining 90% fee will be due by 31st January 2009.  Aircraft Commerce reserves the right to sell exhibition space and demonstration suites if the balance payment has not be received by the given date.
