Booking of Conference Place
Booking fee includes conference, refreshments and delegate pack.
Once Aircraft Commerce has received your booking form we will send you an acknowledgement email, invoice and delegate confirmation brochure. If you have not received this within 72 hours of booking, please contact us.
Payment must be made before the conference to guarantee each delegate's place.
Name Changes
Name changes are accepted at any time without incurring a charge. Please email any changes to: frankfurt2009@aircraft-commerce.com
Cancellation Policy
A full refund (less a 10% administrative charge) is available for cancellations received in writing by Friday 17th April 2009. No refund will be given after this date.

Travel & Accommodation
Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Aircraft Commerce has negotiated a special room rate for delegates at the Steigenberger Airport Hotel.
