In line with our responsibility as a global conference organiser, we are continually monitoring the advice of the US government and from the World Health Organisation (WHO). Additionally we are working with Hilton Miami Downtown to put the best preventative measures in place including increased hygiene and sanitation procedures situated throughout the conference area. There are no delegates attending from the affected areas of Italy, Iran, South Korea or China and we are anticipating a strongly attended event.

Defining opportunities from that analysis and setting a strategy for improvements should then follow. Additionally, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and standardizing the (non-technical) handling of software releases to stay current is a common challenge to be addressed.
